"my heart" doesn't count. *which part* of your heart, and *cracked open toward what*?) 2. **What's still tender about it?** (what are you not ready to talk about yet? what are you protecting? that's the part that's still alive.) 3. **What tiny daily ritual will I keep past this campaign?** (one. just one. ash jar, hand on the stove, threshold breath, single herb pot, moon notebook — pick one and keep it through the summer.) Drop your answer to #3 in the notes or send an ask. I genuinely want to know what's sticking — what survived past the bonfire and into a regular Friday morning. That's the work.
